Radmarsh Road Student Accommodation
Having worked closely with the developer for over 10 years, we have provided and continue to provide engineering management services.
This included:
- extensive input duiring the planning process
- Managing and contributing to a very complicated flood risk assessment
- extensive liaison and negotiations with the Environment Agency
- managing the engineering design team through the design stages and tender
- close liaison with Network Rail, including monitoring of live rail assets adjacent to the site
- close liaison with Severn Trent Water to protect a 1.2m diameter trunk foul sewer through the middle of the site
- preparation of an extensive enabling works package, including piling platforms, ground stabilisation, retaining walls
- ongoing input and liaison during the construction stage, including with Network Rail and Highways Authority
Driver Experience Facility
We have provided engineering design and management services from initial concept through to construction for a new Driver Experience Facility in South East Asia. We supported Apex Circuit Design during all stages of the project.
Highlights included:
- initial earthworks design
- prepareation of Employer's Requirements documentation
- Assistance during tender process and subsequent construction
- Assist contractor and local team with queries
- Provide extensive input and guidance for the asphalt works, requiring very high standards
- Liaise with specialist suppliers to integrate their equipment
